What It Takes to Succeed in This Role:

As a House Cleaner with Bucket & Shine, you'll be responsible for detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning of our clients’ homes. Tasks include:

- Cleaning bathrooms: toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors

- Dusting and wiping surfaces, baseboards, cupboards, and counters

- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors throughout the home

- Making beds and changing bedding

- Tidying and straightening personal items (like folding blankets or picking up toys)

- Cleaning kitchen areas, including the microwave and spot-cleaning as needed

- Taking out trash and ensuring every space looks its best

- Removing pet or kid marks, food spills, and other messes with care

Every day is a little different, but we’re always focused on the details that make a house feel like home again. If you love turning messy into immaculate and care about the little things others overlook, we’d love to meet you!

Job Details:

- Service Areas: NW Denver (Wheat Ridge, Westminster, Lakewood, Thornton, Arvada)

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (typically ending earlier)

- Full-Time Opportunity with a Gradual Start! While this is a full-time position, we set you up for success with a structured training and transition period. You'll complete 5 full days of training, then start with one house per day in your second week. From there, your schedule will grow to full-time over the next 3-6 weeks as you gain experience and confidence!

Requirements:

- Strong track record of reliability in previous jobs (we check references).

- Valid driver’s license & reliable, insured vehicle (required).

- Physically prepared to be active for 6-7 hours a day and lift 25-40 lbs.
